It is possible to request the use of the Monumental Hall or other areas of the Library for artistic and cultural events, or for film or television filming, in accordance with agreements from time to time governed by a special agreement, to be authorised by the Director of the Institute and subject to payment of the relevant concession fee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Interested companies must submit a written request to the Angelica Library Management. The request must state:<\/p>\n

– The day on which the event is to be held
– The title of the volume presented, its author and publisher
– The number of participants in the event<\/p>\n
