1. Purpose of Social Media Channels

The official social media channels of Biblioteca Angelica (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) serve as communication tools to:

  • Promote events, initiatives, and services.

  • Share cultural and historical content.

  • Foster dialogue with the public, scholars, and enthusiasts.

  • Provide timely updates about activities and opening hours.

2. Content Management

Posts are curated by the staff of Biblioteca Angelica or authorized personnel. Published content may include:

  • Institutional news and announcements.

  • Highlights from collections, rare books, and archives.

  • Invitations to exhibitions, talks, readings, and workshops.

  • Photos and videos of the library and its activities.

3. Moderation Hours

Social media channels are monitored Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET). Replies outside of these hours may be delayed.

4. Code of Conduct

Interaction is welcome, but users are expected to behave respectfully and remain on topic. The following are not permitted:

  • Offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory comments.

  • Advertising, spam, or third-party promotions.

  • Irrelevant messages or those violating laws.

  • Links to inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to delete non-compliant content and, if necessary, to report or block repeated offenders.

5. Privacy

We do not collect or manage personal data via social media. For private matters or any requests involving personal information, please contact us via email through our official channels.
